✅ When Refund or Replacement is Allowed

A refund or replacement will be provided only under the following circumstances:

* Damaged or defective product received
* Missing item(s) in the package

📸 Proof Required (Important)

To raise a claim, customers must provide:

* Clear photos of the product
* Order ID or order details

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted or processed.

❌ When Return or Refund is Not Allowed

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Change of mind after purchase
* Size or color not liked
* Order placed by mistake
* Product delivered correctly and in good condition
* Minor color or appearance differences due to lighting or camera

Any claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
